What stands out, both good and bad

The staff is amazing, especially Min. The views were amazing, and the breakfast pancakes were the best I've ever had. I loved everything here!

The road to the resort was difficult to navigate. It's quite far to walk down to the beach without any transportation.

Everything was just great at this resort. It is new, and it shows on the rooms whcih are still sparkling and smell of new interior. Very nice. Staff so friendly and laid back.

The trip from the city to the resort was a little rough at times.

Location far away from Sairee or Mae Haad beach. Not a problem if you rent a motorbike but be careful roads are sharp and dangerous. There was no hot water coming from shower.

The sea view from the room was amazing, and the spacious layout made it super comfy. The manager, Danel, was helpful in organizing our scuba diving and renting bikes. Plus, the restaurant's food was delicious, and the pool area was peaceful 🌅

Steep stairs. Just make sure you call the golf cart to go up the hill.

This place is just a top selection for a quick stopover in Koh Tao with a good value for money ratio. I appreciated the friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile, made our stay more enjoyable. Make sure to check the pool area for cleanliness before settling in since it can be a bit neglected.

They had a sweet deal when we booked so that was main reason for staying here. Staff is nice, view is awesome. They have a little beach as well when you walk through the garden.

We could not find the beach at first. Staff told us where it was though.

Staying at the Pinnacle Koh Tao Resort was good. The room featured a fine ocean view from a spacious balcony, perfect for sunrises. The staff was great, especially Danel, the manager, who helped arrange scuba diving and even rented motorcycles for us at good prices. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and we ended up eating there for most of our stay due to the quality and affordability. The road leading to the accommodation had many steep steps was nice. Thankfully, the resort provided a free shuttle service that was reliable, easing our mobility concerns. Despite a minor hiccup at breakfast regarding the payment process, the breakfast itself didn't impress much, feeling overpriced for what was offered. The amazing views, wonderful hospitality, and excellent facilities made our vacation nice, even if some areas could use enhancement.

Amazing views and friendly staff

Every morning began with the fine sunrises from our sea view villa. The staff were very good, from helping with scooter rentals to suggesting hidden gems around the island.

Stunning views from a spacious room and friendly staff. The steep walk to amenities can be a challenge, but it's manageable! 😊

The room was spotless and beautiful, and location of the hotel was amazing. I had a very relaxing stay, the staff were amazingly nice and accommodating, always trying their best. I ate at a nice restaurant with spectacular view.
